Returns
Ready-made and personalised items are handled differently.
For ready-made items bought online, customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item. After cancelling, the customer has another 14 days to return the item.
This policy does not limit statutory rights.
Ready-made bookmarks
Returned items should be unused and sent back with reasonable protection, including the sleeve where possible.
Custom bookmarks
Personalised or custom-made bookmarks may only be refundable if faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Before production
Custom wording is confirmed before production begins. Once writing starts, the item is being made for that order.
