Shipping policy
CalliBless sells physical handmade calligraphy bookmarks. Ready-made bookmarks are usually prepared for dispatch within 3-5 business days. Custom bookmarks may take longer because the wording must be confirmed before writing.
Delivery options, shipping cost, and the estimated delivery time should be shown clearly before the customer pays. If international shipping is offered, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may be charged by the destination country.
- Orders should be confirmed by email after payment.
- Goods should be delivered within 30 days unless a different timing is agreed with the customer.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer should contact the shop within 14 days with order details and photos.
- Complimentary gifts are optional, subject to availability, and have no cash value.
