CalliBless may collect customer information needed to process enquiries and orders, including name, email, phone or WhatsApp, delivery address, order notes, payment status, and product choices.
- Customer details are used to answer enquiries, process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, and keep transaction records.
- Payment details should be handled by Stripe or another secure payment provider. The shop should not store full card details.
- Customer information should not be sold. It may be shared only with service providers needed for payment, delivery, email, or legal record keeping.
- Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal and accounting record requirements.
