Returns and cancellation
For ready-made items bought online, customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item. After cancelling, the customer has another 14 days to return the item.
Refunds should be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received, or after the customer provides evidence that the item has been sent back. The refund should include standard delivery paid by the customer, where applicable.
Personalised or custom-made bookmarks may only be refundable if faulty, damaged, or not as described. This should be made clear before production begins.
- Returned items should be unused, reasonably handled, and safely packed.
- If the item has been used or damaged beyond normal inspection, a deduction may apply.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items should be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to the customer’s legal rights.
