Returns and cancellation
For ready-made items bought online, customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item. After cancelling, the customer has another 14 days to return the item.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received, or after the customer provides evidence that the item has been sent back. The refund includes standard delivery paid by the customer where applicable.
Personalised or custom-made bookmarks may only be refundable if faulty, damaged, or not as described. Custom order details are confirmed before production begins.
- Returned items must be unused, reasonably handled, and safely packed.
- If the item has been used or damaged beyond normal inspection, a deduction may apply.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are repaired, replaced, or refunded according to the customer’s legal rights.
